Event Information

Event Timeline

Santa Skivvies is an annual holiday underwear fun run/walk and fundraiser benefitting San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The route weaves throughout the streets of iconic Castro neighborhood, starting and ending at LOOKOUT on Noe and 16th.

When you sign up, we'll send you a free pair of the iconic red Santa Skivvies underwear. Whether you choose to walk, run, scooter, skip, or skate the one-mile course, we have you covered... well, almost! Come wearing this year's skivvies, festive holiday attire, or whatever makes you feel fabulous! We welcome every body.

Every participant will receive their own fundraising page with tools and guides to help everyone raise money for the cause. We make it easy to help support the life-saving services of San Francisco AIDS Foundation. After all, this event is more than just prancing around in the Castro in your skivvies! San Francisco AIDS Foundation is a pillar in the community, providing STI/HIV testing and treatment, PrEP navigation, mental health and substance use services, and much more. So thank you for going the distance in the name of health justice.

On the day of the event, make sure to come early to check out Santa's Village. Then stay after the course for the award ceremony, skivvies runway, and drag show. We'll provide changing booths, clothing checks, glam stations, and plenty of selfie ops. There is no better way to kick off the holiday season than by dropping trou, raising funds, and fighting for health justice!

Santa Skivvies is proudly supported by Tito's Handmade Vodka and our event partner, Lookout.
